The rates are per studio/apartmentand include:
- Accommodation, rich breakfasts and dinners;
- Accommodation with breakfast for children less than 16 years old on extra bed is free of charge up to the number of the extra beds.
- Free of charge use of SPA center from 9:00 h to 21:00 h.: BIO ice room; aroma steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, contrast showers and fitness center with Technogym equipment;
- Free of charge use of indoor Bio pools for children and adults with 33˚С degrees water temperature, saline pool (9:00 – 20:00 h);
- Salt room for relax, paneled of Himalayan salt;
- Free of charge unlimited use of wireless Internet in the hotel and two fully equiped computer zones;
- Free of charge - mini-safe boxes in each unit;
- Free of charge use of children's room for kids 3-6 years old with baby sitter from 9:00 h to 20:00 h.
- Free use of baby cot, baby stroller, baby walker, chairs for children / in the restaurant / and other baby accessories;
- Ski storage with heating for ski boots;
- Evening transportation to and from the center of Bansko
- Transport from and to the first lift station every 15/30 minutes during the winter season, except for the time range from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
- Complimentary breakfast room service in for guests accommodated in apartments Executive;
- 9%VAT.

All units are equipped with TV set, telephone, wireless internet, mini-safe box. There are furnished kitchenette with Lavazza coffee machine, ceramic plate, toaster, hot water jug, refrigerator, microwave oven, cutlery and dishes (except the Lux units).
The bathrooms are with bath tube (except the Lux units), shower, hair dryer, telephone and SOS system, and are supplied with French bath cosmetics, slippers, full set of towels and bathrobes for adults and children.

- Supplement for lunch/dinner at Le Bistro restaurant with a 3-course set menu or a buffet with a minimum of 50 guests. Price: 26EUR per adult for lunch/dinner and 18EUR per child aged 4 – 11,99y.o.
- Festive Christmas Dinneron 25th of December at Le Bistro restaurant. The dinner will be served on buffet table.Price (mandatory): 65 EUR per adult, 45 EUR per child up to 11.99 y.o. Minimum stay: 3 nights.
- The New Year’s Eve dinnercover at the Le Bistro restaurant costs 150 EUR per guest,90 EUR for children aged 4 – 11.99 and 110 EUR for children aged 12-15,99 y.o.(mandatory). Minimum stay: 3 nights.
- Purchase of Standard and VIP cards directly at the hotel reception.
Cancellation policy of guaranteed reservation:
For the dates between 01 December – 06 April 2023 except 22 December 2022 and 02 January 2023
- Over 7 days before arrival date – free of charge
- Less than 7 days before arrival date – the amount for 1 full room night will be charged.
- Earlier departure or modification of the dates, requested less than 7 days prior to arrival date, are subject to cancellation fee at the amount of 1 full room night as well.
For the dates between 22 December 2022 and 02 January 2023
- Over 21 days before arrival date – free of charge.
- Less than 21 days before arrival date – 50% of the total amount for the booked unit will be charged.
- Earlier departure or modification of the dates, requested less than 21 days prior to arrival date, are subject to cancellation fee at the amount of 100% of the total amount for the booked unit as well.
The cancellation is to be addressed in writing by the client and confirmed back by the aparthotel.
