The SPA center of Aparthotel Lucky Bansko is your place for rest, peace and pleasure.
Reservation for SPA procedures – An advance reservation by phone +359 999 222 444 or at the SPA reception guarantees that you will book the desired therapy at the most convenient time for you.
Jewelery and valuables – we recommend removing all jewelery before your visit to the spa. The best way to store them is in your room safe. The SPA center is not responsible for any items left unattended.
Advance information – please, let us know when you book if you suffer from high blood pressure, allergies, varicose veins or any other illness or if you are pregnant. This information will enable the Hotel team to offer you the most suitable procedure.
Therapies for children – they are suitable for children up to 12 years old. During the therapy sessions for children, we require the presence of a parent or companion.
The minimum age to use the thermal area in the SPA center is 14 years. If you are under this age, you must be accompanied by an adult.
Spa clothing – to use the therapies in the SPA center you can wear a bathrobe or clothes in which you feel comfortable. We require the wearing of bathing suits when using the saunas and steam baths, and when using the pool – bathing suits and slippers.
It is mandatory to take a shower before using the pool, as well as between using the thermal rooms.
Preferences – in order to get the expected pleasure from the therapy, please inform us about your requirements regarding light, music, room temperature, exchange of cues or complete silence. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or express your opinion about what’s going on. Moreover, it will allow the therapist to adapt his actions according to your wishes.
Eating – refrain from heavy meals before your visit to the SPA center. The intake of alcohol or coffee is not recommended before, during or immediately after the spa therapy. The consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the territory of the SPA center.
Prices – the prices of all therapies are in Bulgarian leva, per guest, with VAT included. Hotel guests can add spa treatments to their room bill. Clients of the spa who are not guests of the hotel pay the cost of the used therapies at the hotel reception.
Use of the SPA – please arrive 10 minutes before the reserved time. In case of delay, it will reduce its effectiveness and duration. Your therapy will end in time so that the next guest is not harmed. The beginning of the therapy begins with the time of the reservation and ends with leaving the spa cabin. Shower time in the therapy room is procedural time.
Cancellation of therapies – please notify us at least 1 day in advance of your wish to make changes or cancel the booked therapy appointment.
- In case of no-show at the therapy time, the SPA reserves the right to charge a penalty of 100% of the price of the requested therapy and transfer it to your room number.
Advance reservations – you can reserve a day and time for your chosen spa treatments before your check-in at the hotel, by email or phone.
- To guarantee your reserved in advance spa procedure, we require 100% prepayment of the requested treatment. Non-guaranteed reservations with prepayment will not be kept. You can also request SPA procedures directly at the hotel.
- Guaranteed reservations can be changed as a type 1 day before the day for which they are requested.
- If the reservation for SPA treatments is guaranteed, but you do not show up on the specified day and time, the prepaid amount is absorbed by the SPA center as a penalty.
